Shelbey Hoefft, PSP Program Manager, has many years of experience in early childhood education and preschool center management. Although her experience has been primarily with children ages 0-5 years old, she has also lead programs serving children from kindergarten to sixth grade. Shelbey has developed curriculum for centers, lead group trainings for teachers, and created quality care environments in centers. Born and raised in the Valley, she is passionate about providing our families with high quality services and providing a safe environment for their children to thrive in their education.

Shelbey finds joy in spending time with her daughter, reading, and going for walks in her neighborhood.

As the ECE Program Manager, Shelbey provides guidance, support, and reflective supervision for teachers, teacher assistants and classroom aides in all of our classrooms. This position supports the staff in nurturing the healthy development (including social/emotional, gross/fine motor, cognitive, independence and moral/values) for children of promise, in providing parents with support to meet the needs of their children, and in supporting healthy parent/child relationships.
