Family Food Group

The next Family Food Group will be offered in the Spring of 2020. Harvest, prepare, and share a family meal together in the outdoor kitchen at beautiful Hanley Farm! Share your knowledge and learn new skills! Meet other parents, strengthen community, enjoy a supportive environment focused on nurturing family health. Transportation is available – but space is limited.

GED Classes

Join us for a weekly FREE GED Class at the Family Nurturing Center facilitated by Ellen Marks. Classes are offered on Wednesday evenings from 6:00-8:00 pm at our Medford location. Snacks and childcare are provided!

Budgeting Classes

Join us for free budgeting workshops designed for parents on how to stretch your dollar, and fix your credit, facilitated by Wells Fargo Bank! Learn how to build a budget and set goals, live within your means, and save money for your dreams! Budgeting classes are offered quarterly. Dinner and Childcare are provided.

Support Groups–English & Spanish

Weekly English and Spanish speaking support groups are currently facilitated by Community Works. Child-care and snacks are provided.

Mindful Mothers Group

Mindful Mothers Groups are currently on hold until the Spring of 2020. Join us for a women’s self-care group at beautiful Hanley Farm. Enjoy weekly mindfulness practices in a natural setting with other moms. Participate in seasonal gardening activities and help grow food and flowers for local families. New moms are welcome to join at any time! This group is facilitated by Kristin Galabrun.

This is an ongoing group that meets on Monday afternoons from 1:30-4:30 at Hanley Farm in Central Point. Respite childcare is available at the Family Nurturing Center for children 0-5 years of age, but space is limited. Transportation is also available if needed.
