LesLee Winner has extensive experience in working with children and families. She has a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and worked in early childhood education for over a decade before transitioning to ISRS. She has been certified as a parent educator and has taught several different parenting education classes. LesLee has lived in the Rogue Valley since 2003. During that time, she has worked with a vast array of children and families from every walk of life. LesLee was introduced to FNC during her senior year of college and began working at FNC full-time upon graduation in 2013. She loves working with the amazing people at FNC and being able to provide support to families in need.

LesLee enjoys spending time with her family and pets. She loves the outdoors and the ocean and says that being outside in nature helps her to reset when needed.

As the In-home Safety and Reunification Services (ISRS) Program Manager, LesLee oversees the ISRS services provided at the Family Nurturing Center across Jackson and Josephine counties. This position ensures that services are provided in accordance to the contract and reporting requirements. ISRS Providers offer families an array of in-home services designed to control a safety threat identified by DHS/Child Welfare.
