Development Director

Joe Powell, Development Director at the Family Nurturing Center (FNC), brings a diverse background in fundraising, community engagement, and program development. With extensive experience in non-profit management, Joe has successfully led numerous initiatives to secure funding, foster partnerships, and build teams that advance organizational goals. He holds a degree in Theology and has completed specialized training in grant writing and donor relations.

Joe’s connection to the community runs deep, having grown up in the Northwest and actively participating in local events and volunteer activities. His path to FNC was driven by a passion for supporting families and creating nurturing environments where they can thrive.

In his role at FNC, Joe is responsible for developing and implementing strategic fundraising plans, building relationships with donors, and coordinating events that raise awareness and support for FNC’s mission. He works closely with the management team and staff to ensure the financial sustainability of the organization.

Joe enjoys spending his free time with his family and is often out with them in the woods camping.
