Children and parents receive a variety of supports as they try to resolve some of the challenging aspects of their lives. FNC’s trained and licensed counselors work with children, parents and children together, or children and their peers within the classroom.

Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)

In PCIT parents and children participate in a series of sessions with a therapist who helps parents reinforce safe and healthy behaviors for their child while the parent and child are engaged in play.

Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP)

In CPP parents help children re-establish safety, manage their emotions, and process their experiences through the development of trust in the child-caregiver relationship.
